ABOUT THE GROUNDS -

·         Formal garden of 1.5 acres with screened Tea House, ponds, fountains, - fully fenced (deer proof) with water and electric power to all three levels.

·         Bocce Ball (regulation size, newly constructed in 2008) with deck overlooking the Lake.

·         Shuffleboard (regulation, with SportCourt, guaranteed surface)  with spectator seating on both sides, surrounded by perennial borders and 100’s of bulbs.

·         Croquet (regulation 9 wicket size) surrounded by 300 ft. of perennial borders with automatic irrigation and attached to Formal Garden.

·         Major dock, measures 20 ft. by 120 ft., connected to shore by 6'x100' walkway (moor your 70 ft. yacht or park your seaplane here!).

·         Picnic table and 5 ft. diameter fire ring on the beach, with permanent seating on the dock.

·         Electric tram to the beach.

·         Beach boardwalk from beach cabin to dock.

·         Large, fenced, raised bed, vegetable garden with automatic irrigation.

·         Outbuildings include small boat house for chairs and preservers, children’s play house, old shop with potting shed attached.
